Job summary

Wave Swim School in Juanita Aquatic Center seeks a dedicated Swim School Supervisor to lead and support our instructional team. You will oversee swim instructors, ensure high-quality lessons, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for families.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, ongoing training, and managing program operations while coordinating with the Wave Swim School Director. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR certifications (ARC) or able to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching swim lessons.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and provide feedback to swim instructors.
• Train new swim instructors and provide ongoing professional development.
• Supervise the pool deck to ensure smooth operations and safety.
• Build relationships with participants and families to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with class scheduling, student progress tracking, and program materials.
