Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience as a swim instructor required.
• Experience as a youth sports instructor or teacher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned shift and supervise on-deck employees.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck.
• Interact with parents to discuss student progress.
• Complete daily Deck Supervisor logs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool facility.
