Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Deck Supervisor to manage on-deck staff, oversee pool operations, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for students and families. The role emphasizes leadership, communication with parents, and upholding curriculum standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years as a swim instructor, and CPR/First Aid certifications. Training is provided; compensation is competitive and aligns with local market rates.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.

• Must pass background examinations (included with training).
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, discipline and constructive feedback to instructors and deck teachers to ensure quality delivery of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings and prepares the deck for the shift.
• Interacts with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
• Coordinates tasks required to ensure the cleanliness of the pool facility.
• Maintains the appropriate levels of chemicals for the pool environment.
