Deck Supervisor
General Manager / Assistant General Manager / Pool Operations Manager
Non‑Exempt
Manages assigned shift including supervision of on‑deck employees, maintenance of pool environment and interaction with students and parents/guardians. Exhibits expert‑level knowledge of all levels of the GSS curriculum. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of GSS management policies and practices.
High school diploma or GED is preferred. Two or more years as a swim instructor required. Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or teacher preferred. College degree preferred.
Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
