Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lifeguard, pool management, or facility operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Staff & Shift Management: Manage staff on duty, ensuring all duties are completed, including cleaning and restocking.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with families, address inquiries, and enhance satisfaction.
• iClassPro Operations & Administrative Tasks: Oversee enrollments, transfers, level-ups, and billing queries.
• Pool Operations: Monitor daily pool operations and ensure safety/health regulations, chemical logs, and maintenance.
• Curriculum Management: Update curriculum cards weekly and reflect progress in iClassPro.
