• Instructor/trainer level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and staffing for swim lessons.
• Enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe pool environment.

Skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Ability to market programs

Education

Valid YMCA lifeguarding certification

CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens certification

Certified Swim Lesson instructor (within 60 days of hire)
