Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County in Louisville is seeking a Swim Lesson Instructor to deliver YMCA swimming lessons while maintaining a safe environment and following established guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with swimmers and parents, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute as a team member. Training and in-service sessions are part of the role, supporting staff development and program quality.

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Training and certification provided.
