The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of swim instruction experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in their community. Compensation is competitive at $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year swim instruction or aquatic experience.
• Ability to instruct swimming lessons within a structured program.
• Willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach and train new instructors on the British Swim School aquatics program.
• Follow curriculum to ensure safe and competent lessons.
• Establish relationships with students’ parents.
