Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking a Swim Instructor to provide fun and effective swim lessons for children and adults. The role entails working directly with swimming students to teach them essential water skills in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed.
• Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment.
• Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards.
• Works a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Works in an environment where noise levels are usually moderate to high.
