Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to teach swim lessons to children and adults. As a critical part of our team, you will help ensure water safety and a love for swimming.

The role entails flexible hours and fun, engaging training to educate students of all ages. Ideal candidates are energetic and comfortable around water, helping to combat child drowning statistics in our community.

Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment.
• Comfortable in and around water.
• Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with training and program standards.
• Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
