Job summary

British Swim School is seeking energetic swim instructors to teach lessons to children and adults, starting from 3-months old, following our gentle, progressive program. You will be assigned to a class schedule developed by managers and will interact with swimmers and parents.

We value bright team players, offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a culture focused on safety and fun. This is a part-time role with evenings and Saturdays likely required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
• Enthusiastic personality and willingness to engage with families.
• Comfortable in and around water; strong swimming ability.
• Must maintain all required British Swim School trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Aquatics Manager or Business Owner(s).
• Instructs swimming lessons per British Swim School standards.
• Maintains certifications throughout employment.
• Works a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
