British Swim School is hiring to teach fun, safe swim lessons and to contribute to a mission-driven team focused on saving lives. You will work with a supportive group, delivering high-quality instruction and maintaining certifications throughout employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Comfortable in and around water; strong swimming is a plus and can be taught.
• Must maintain required British Swim School certifications throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons following British Swim School standards.
• Reports to Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Works a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Be in the water for the duration of shifts and manage noise levels in class.
