Job summary

Exos is seeking qualified swim instructors to teach a range of levels and ages, following site guidelines. You will plan lessons, select drills, evaluate progress, and demonstrate correct skills while maintaining safety and professionalism. Excellent communication with students and parents is expected.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, issuing completion certificates, and attending trainings. Experience in lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at time of hire.
• Current Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach various levels and age groups in accordance with the site's instructional guidelines.
• Plan lessons, select drills, and evaluate student progress.
• Demonstrate skills, analyze performance, correct technique, and maintain a safe teaching environment.
