Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks an Aquatics Swim Instructor in Edina, MN to teach swimming to both adults and children, evaluate skill levels, and advance water-safety education. You’ll help maintain clean facilities and support Aquatics programs.

Requires Lifeguard/CPR certifications, ability to swim 25 yards, and effective guest communication. This is an hourly role with opportunities for growth through Life Time’s training programs and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required (StarGuard Elite or equivalent) and BLS/First Aid CPR certifications.
• Ability to communicate with guests and instructors effectively.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
