Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor in Bloomington, MN. You will teach swimming to both adults and children, assess levels, and maintain the Aquatics facilities.

Responsibilities include instructing lessons, assisting members, ensuring safety, and promoting Aquatics programs. Requires progress toward HS diploma and lifeguard/CPR certifications; wages start at $14.25–$17.00 hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to move about the club for prolonged periods.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires).

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
