This is a temporary summer seasonal position. Individuals must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include instructing and evaluating students participating in swim lessons, and ensuring the safety of participants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older (Red Cross requirement).
• Holds a Water Safety Instructor Certificate, or must obtain shortly after being hired.
• Holds a Certificate of First Aid and CPR, or must obtain shortly after being hired.

Compensation:

Swim Instructor	Start	$16.00
After 1 year	$17.00
After 2 years	$18.00
