Job summary

Watermelon Swim in Florida is seeking enthusiastic, dependable swim instructors for a part-time role. No prior experience required; paid training provided and ongoing support.

You will teach water safety, help build confidence, and contribute to a community-focused team while maintaining a flexible evening and weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 45 days of hire.
• Available at least two weekday evenings and one weekend day.
• Comfortable in the water.
