Job summary

Goldfish Swim School - Waugh Chapel is hiring year-round, part-time swim instructors with leadership opportunities available within your first 3-6 months. This role is suitable as an after-school or second job and includes paid training and a set weekly schedule that helps you balance other commitments.

You will instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques using our curriculum, and you will communicate progress to parents after each 30-minute lesson.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete lifeguard, CPR & AED certification as part of training.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate students’ progress and complete required paperwork.
