Job summary

Goldfish Swim School Superior is hiring year-round part-time instructors. Leadership opportunities become available within your first 3–6 months. No late nights, flexible weekday schedules, and meaningful work with children in a fun pool environment.

Instructors deliver Goldfish curriculum, promote water safety, and communicate progress to parents. Paid training, possible advancement, and a supportive team await you in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete lifeguard, CPR & AED certification class as part of training and work scheduled shifts as a lifeguard.
• Ability to perform job functions in a warm, humid setting and chlorinated pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate students’ progress, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Interact with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills.
• Use problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
• Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment.
