Job summary

Bulldog Swim Academy is seeking part-time swim instructors to teach lessons and promote water safety for children. You will deliver lessons, supervise students, and support families in a fast-paced pool environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and eager to learn. Prior swim instruction or lifeguarding experience is a plus, but training is provided. Join a fun, supportive team and help young swimmers build confidence.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and dependable.
• Great with children and able to engage kids in a positive manner.
• Positive, encouraging communicator with families and teammates.
• Willing to learn and receive training, CPR/First Aid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons using approved curriculum.
• Teach swimming skills and water safety.
• Create a fun, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Keep students safe and engaged throughout each lesson.
• Communicate with families and fellow team members.
• Participate in staff training and in-service sessions.

Typical Hours

Weekday Afternoons/Evenings: 3:30-7:30/8:00 PM Weekends: 8:30 AM-1:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Teach swim lessons using our approved curriculum
