SwimLabs Sugar Land is seeking energetic and reliable Swim Instructors to join their team. This part-time role involves teaching swimmers of all ages in a fun and supportive environment. Instructors will follow a proven curriculum, ensuring safety and encouraging progress.

The position allows for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, providing a great work-life balance while making a positive impact on children's lives. Ideal candidates will have a passion for instruction and experience in swim coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have previous swim instruction or coaching experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with students and parents.
• Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety is required.
• Ability to adapt teaching style for different skill levels is necessary.
• CPR & First Aid certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain it.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a passion for working with children, including special needs.
