Bulldog Swim Academy is seeking friendly, energetic instructors to teach swim lessons and water-safety skills to children. You’ll create a positive and engaging learning space, keep students safe, and communicate with families. Flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours and paid training are available.

Join a supportive team with opportunities to grow within a fun swim program. Prior lifeguard or CPR/First Aid experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced pool environment.
• Willing to learn and receive training.
• CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification a plus.

Typical Hours

Weekday Afternoons/Evenings: 3:30–7:30/8:00 PM

Weekends: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Teach swim lessons using our approved curriculum


• Teach swimming skills and water safety


• Create a fun, positive, and encouraging learning environment


• Keep students safe and engaged throughout each lesson


• Communicate with families and fellow team members


• Participate in staff training and in-service sessions
