No experience is necessary as Kittelson Swim School provides PAID TRAINING. We invest in our team members to help you provide the best experience for you and our clients.

Swim Instructor Pay and Benefits:

A typical day of work includes:

• Teaching weekly lessons to the same students, celebrating their progress.
• Working a set schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Gaining proficiency through hands-on training in our curriculum.
• Collaborating with veteran instructors to maintain safety standards for children, families, and staff.
• Walking, standing in the pool, and lifting students and equipment.
• Shifts are 3-4 hours long, with 30-minute classes and up to 4 students per class.
• Students range from 2 to 12 years old.
