Job description

After School Sports Coach - Multisport Classes and Camps

Join TGA Premier Sports, the nation's leading youth sports program for Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball. We introduce children to sports through fun after-school programs and are expanding into team sports like Cheerleading and Flag Football. We are currently hiring coaches capable of coaching multiple sports listed here. If you're passionate about sports, enjoy working with kids, and want a flexible, part-time role, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging sports classes for children aged 3-12
  • Follow our curriculum while adding your personal touch
  • Foster a love for sports and physical activity
  • Attend training sessions to learn TGA's coaching methods

Position Details:

  • Hours: 1-2 hours daily, 6-10 hours weekly
  • Schedule: Afternoons between 2:00 PM-4:15 PM, school year (August-May)
  • Location: Schools in South Gwinnett and North Atlanta

Ideal Candidates:

  • Energetic individuals who love working with kids
  • Reliable transportation and afternoon availability
  • Experience with children preferred but not required
  • Passion for sports and willingness to learn new skills

Training & Compensation:

  • Start as Assistant Coach with training on curriculum and methods
  • Pay: $18/hour plus paid prep and cleanup time
  • Potential promotion to Lead Coach after successful completion

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a 90-day hair follicle drug test
  • Complete online training and paperwork
