Job summary

SafeSplash Lancaster is seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to teach children of all ages in a fun, supportive environment.

You will provide positive feedback, ensure safety, and structure classes to reinforce skills. On-the-job training is provided, with CPR/AED and First Aid support.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow with a team that values kids and the sport of swimming.

Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but on-the-job paid training is provided regardless.
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire.
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
• Someone who is excited to learn, grow, and build skills for the future.
• Requires the ability to be in the water for extended periods, actively engage with swimmers, and assist children in and out of the pool, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when needed.
