Job summary

SafeSplash Hershey is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills in a fun, positive setting. You will follow the Streamline Brands curriculum, provide ongoing feedback, structure class time for repetition and skill introduction, and prioritize swimmer safety.

Training is provided, and CPR/First Aid certification can be earned within 60 days of hire. A flexible schedule and paid training are offered, with opportunities to earn extra income through part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you.
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire.
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
• Ability to be in the water for extended periods, actively engage with swimmers, and assist children in and out of the pool, including lifting up to 75 pounds when needed.
• Willing to work across Cornwall (Lebanon), Hershey, or Lititz.

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?
