Job summary

SafeSplash Stuart is hiring year-round swim instructors to teach children using the SafeSplash curriculum. The role emphasizes a fun, positive, and safe learning environment with opportunities to grow professionally.

Paid hourly at $16–$18 with 10–20 hours per week, no prior instructor experience required as training is provided. The team advocates water safety and confidence-building in young swimmers.

Qualifications

• Must be a confident swimmer.
• Must enjoy working with children.
• Experience in swim instruction or childcare is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills using the SafeSplash curriculum.
• Create a fun, positive, and safe learning environment.
• Provide encouragement and feedback to swimmers and families.
• Maintain equipment and ensure lessons start on time.
• Communicate swimmer progress and class updates to the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
