Job summary
The YMCA of Western North Carolina is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor based in Black Mountain, NC. This role involves leading swimming classes for students of all ages while ensuring their safety and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Must be 15 years of age or older, preferably with previous swim instructing experience.
- Ability to perform all necessary rescue and survival skills and all lifeguard prerequisite skills.
- Able to communicate verbally with good voice projection and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines.
- Builds relationships with students and parents.
- Ensures the safety of each swim lesson class participant.
