Qualifications

• Experience in aquatics instruction, lifeguarding, or youth programming preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with enthusiasm for youth development and safety.
• Ability to enforce policies, respond calmly in emergencies, and lead structured swim instruction.

Responsabilités

• Instruction & Program Delivery: Prepare and lead swim classes with structure and equipment.
• Participant Engagement & Customer Service: Greet participants and respond to member needs.
• Facility & Equipment Care: Keep area clean, stocked, and safe; report issues.
• Professional Standards: Wear uniform; maintain current certifications.
• Child Safety & Risk Management: Supervise aquatic areas and follow safety procedures.
• Other Expectations: Adhere to policies and complete abuse risk training.
