Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Savage, MN is hiring an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help adults and children improve their swimming, teach essential life skills, and assess swim levels while keeping the aquatic facilities clean and organized.

You will instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events, answer member questions, maintain safety, and promote all Aquatics programs and services within the club. Minimum qualifications include working toward a HS diploma or GED, able to swim 25 yards, lift 20 lbs, and

Qualifications

• Working toward a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Certification: StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid (or bridge to StarGuard within 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
