Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics Team at Advocate Condell Centre Club in Gurnee, IL. You will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons, designing individualized programs to meet each participant's goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule of 5–29 hours per week, with compensation based on service packages and final wage determined by location, qualifications, experience and other factors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Strong swim background required.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons.
• Design individualized programs to meet participants' interests, abilities, and goals.
• Flexible schedule with 5–29 hours per week.
• Ensure participant progress and safety during lessons.
