Job summary

Galter Life Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Group Aquatic Instructor for part-time hours. You will teach group swim sessions, design tailored lesson plans, and motivate participants to achieve goals in a fun, safe setting.

The role requires CPR/AED certification (or within 90 days) and WSI certification within 90 days, with prior swimming instruction experience. Hours are weekday afternoons and Saturdays, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required (must be current or obtained within 90 days).
• WSI certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism with LifeCenter members, guests and staff.
• Create a fun, healthy learning environment.
• Design lesson plans tailored to group needs and goals.
