Goldfish Swim School in Spring, TX is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to teach water safety and technique using the Goldfish curriculum. You will work with children, enforce safety rules, and provide engaging lessons in a fun, supportive environment.

The role offers flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as our rapidly growing school expands. Certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid are preferred for applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years experience as a swimming instructor preferred.
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction per curriculum.
• Enforce safety rules and prevent accidents; perform rescues and first aid when needed.
• Evaluate progress and complete required paperwork promptly.
• Communicate with parents about student development.
• Serve as a GSS ambassador ensuring parental satisfaction.
• Assist with pool area inspection and maintenance reporting.
