Job summary

SafeSplash Temple is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills under our Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, safety‑minded setting.

You will provide positive feedback, structure class time, and ensure swimmer safety while supporting flexible scheduling and growth in the aquatics industry. Training is provided; WSI certification is preferred and CPR/First Aid certification can be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Prior swim instruction is preferred; training provided.
• WSI certification preferred.
• CPR-PR/AED, First Aid certification preferred; assistance provided within 60 days of hire.
• Experience teaching swimmers aged 6 months to 10 years and with Special Needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills per curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time with repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Ensure swimmer safety.
