Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to swim freestyle / crawl stroke.
• First Aid & CPR certification (provided by The Alaska Club).
• Weekend availability (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instruction to swimmers of all ages in swim lesson programs.
• Help develop leadership skills while teaching life-saving skills to the community.
• Work in a fun, dynamic team environment with a flexible schedule.
