Job summary

The Alaska Club is seeking Swim Instructors to lead and inspire swimmers of all ages in our lesson programs. This flexible role offers on-the-job training, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop leadership and lifesaving skills for the community.

No prior work experience is required, and the benefits include a free family membership to all Gold level clubs, career development, and growth opportunities. Weekend availability is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to swim freestyle/crawl stroke.
• First Aid & CPR certification provided by The Alaska Club.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct swim lessons for swimmers of all ages.
• Demonstrate water safety and life-saving skills.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive environment.
