Job summary

The Alaska Club is actively seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to lead and teach swim lessons across our clubs. You will guide swimmers of all ages, promote safety, and work within a collaborative team to deliver quality instruction.

We offer a flexible, part-time schedule with opportunities for additional hours as a Lifeguard. Benefits include free club access and a supportive, youth-focused environment perfect for students or parents seeking part-time work.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to swim freestyle / crawl stroke.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Teaching experience (preferred).
• Weekend availability (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instruction to swimmers of all ages in swim lesson programs.
• Help develop leadership skills while providing life-saving skills to the community.

Our Swim Instructors provide leadership and instruction to swimmers of all ages in our swim lesson programs. Pay:

up to $15 / hour DOE
