Job summary

SafeSplash Swim University, LLC is hiring a Swim Instructor in Orlando to teach swimming skills under our curriculum in a fun, positive environment. The role emphasizes safety, corrective feedback, and student progression.

Experience in swim instruction is preferred; WSI certification and CPR/First Aid are plus, with training available within 60 days of hire. We welcome applicants with ages 6 months to 10 years and those with special needs experience; opportunities at multiple local locations

Qualifications

• Prior swim instruction is preferred, training can be provided.
• WSI certification preferred.
• CPR-PR/AED and First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred; certification assist available within 60 days of hire.
• Experience teaching swimmers aged 6 months to 10 years and those with Special Needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills per Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time to include repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Ensure swimmer safety.
