Job summary

SafeSplash + SwimLabs is seeking passionate swim instructors to teach water safety and swimming skills to children and adults. This in-water role focuses on building confidence and technique in a positive, supportive environment.

You will use our curriculum, provide constructive feedback, and help students progress through the levels. Shifts are open with flexible times, including weeknights and weekends, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• An abundance mindset that embraces challenges.
• Passion for teaching children and creating a fun learning environment.
• Ability to motivate and encourage children.
• Certified in CPR, or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students.
• Structure class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of new skills.
• Keep a watchful eye on all students in class to ensure swimmer safety.
• Maintain and update skill cards as students progress through the curriculum.
