Job summary

SafeSplash Swim University, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills using Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner.

You will provide continuous, positive corrective feedback, structure class time to include repetition and new skills, and ensure swimmer safety; previous instruction experience is preferred and training may be provided. Address: 871 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34108.

Qualifications

• Experience in swim instruction is preferred, training available.
• CPR-PR/AED and First Aid certification are preferred, training provided.
• Ability to ensure swimmer safety and follow curriculum.
• Experience with children aged 6 months to 10 years is a bonus.

What will you do as a Swim Instructor?

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner


• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts


• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills


• Ensure swimmer safety

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you


• WSI certification preferred


• Current American Red Cross CPR‑PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire


• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
