Job summary

LowCountry Swim School is expanding and hiring dependable, energetic, and passionate Swim Instructors (Part-Time & Full-Time). We’re looking for individuals with aquatic backgrounds and a love for teaching water safety to people of all ages and abilities.

Starting pay is $25 per hour with flexible scheduling, paid training, monthly bonus opportunities, and room for growth. Instructors may participate in our Special Needs & Adaptive Swim Program and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have aquatic/swimming background.
• Experience working with children and/or adults.
• Positive, dependable and professional.
• Patient, energetic and encouraging.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for teaching life-saving swim and water safety skills.
• Special Needs or Adaptive experience is a plus.
