Job summary

SwimLabs The Woodlands is seeking energetic, reliable swim instructors for a part-time role with flexible evenings and weekends. You will teach swimmers of all ages and abilities in a fun, safe environment and monitor progress for parents.

Ideal candidates have prior swim instruction or coaching experience, strong communication, knowledge of water safety, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Previous swim instruction or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication with children and adults.
• Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
• Ability to adjust teaching style for different skill levels.
• Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid certification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Teach individuals and small groups using SwimLabs curriculum.
• Adapt lessons to meet each swimmer's needs.
• Maintain safety by following established protocols.
• Track attendance and progress and inform parents/guardians.
• Support facility upkeep to keep a clean, welcoming environment.

Position Summary

We7re looking for energetic, reliable, and skilled Swim Instructors to join our team. You7ll teach swimmers of all ages and abilities in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What You7ll Do

• Teach individuals and small groups using SwimLabs7 proven curriculum.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of each swimmer.
• Ensure safety at all times by following established protocols.
• Track attendance and progress, keeping parents/guardians informed.
• Support facility upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

What We7re Looking For

• Previous swim instruction or coaching experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
• Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
• Ability to adjust teaching style to different skill levels and learning needs.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Passion for working with children, including those with special needs.

This position is with an independently owned and operated SwimLabs franchise. All hiring decisions are made at the local level.

Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
