Job summary

Waterworks Aquatics is seeking a Swim Instructor in San Diego, CA to lead engaging, safety-focused lessons for children and adults in warm, indoor pools.

No teaching experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided. The role offers a pay range of $28.00–$31.60 per hour, with performance-based increases as your student base grows and monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to tread water and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) — or willingness to obtain with our guidance.
  • No prior teaching experience required; full training provided.
