Role Description

Lake Nona Performance Club is seeking a full-time Swim Instructor. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for providing swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels. The instructor will plan and implement swim lessons, ensure the safety of all participants through vigilant supervision, and provide feedback to help students improve their swimming techniques. The role also includes organizing aquatics activities, maintaining a clean and safe pool environment, and adhering to all safety regulations. This is an on-site role located in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aquatics and teaching swimming
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Current Swim Instructor certification (preferably WSI)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
