Charlotte Aquatics is hiring a Swim Instructor to create a safe and engaging learning space for each student. You will follow our curriculum, plan lessons, and help children build water confidence at their own pace. Prior teaching experience is not required, only a love for kids and a positive vibe.

About the Role:

As a Swim Instructor, you'll create a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning environment for every student in your class. Using our curriculum, you will create lesson plans that help swimmers build confidence and develop skills at their own pace while making each lesson fun and meaningful. Previous teaching experience is not necessary, but a love for working with children and a positive personality are essential.
