We are seeking a motivated and energetic Swim Instructor to join our team in Matteson, IL. The ideal candidate will have patience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others develop confidence and competence in the water.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim techniques and water safety skills to individuals and groups.
• Evaluate and monitor swimmers' progress regularly to ensure skill development.
• Instruct survival skills and promote safe swimming practices.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all swimmers.
• Communicate effectively with swimmers and parents regarding progress and goals.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and weeknights as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children preferred; internships available.

Additional Information
