Job summary

CELTS Aquatics Group in Matteson, IL is seeking an entry-level Swim Instructor to join our team. The role offers 3–20 hours per week, including weekends and weeknights, with training provided for the right candidate.

You will teach swimming techniques, water safety, and survival skills, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, positive learning environment while communicating with swimmers and parents about goals and expectations.

Qualifications
