Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking on-call Swim Instructors for our Aquatics Team at our Marysville, Ohio client site. You will provide safe swim instruction in private or small-group settings and design personalized programs to help participants reach their goals.

Must be 17+, hold CPR/AED/First Aid and WSI certifications, with a strong swimming background and stroke proficiency. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Responsible forproviding effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.

• Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

• American Red Cross WSI certification.

• Must have a strong swim background.

• Proficiency in all swim strokes.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation:$14 - $17/hour.Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
