Requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Track student swim progression
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8-9 classes back-to-back
• Availability for one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 8:30am-3pm)

Role Responsibilities

As a Swim Instructor, you will teach children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop water safety and swimming skills. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting lessons, and providing feedback to students and parents. Ensuring pool safety and maintaining a clean environment are also key. No prior teaching experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. A passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with children are essential.
