Job summary

British Swim School in New Jersey seeks a part-time swim instructor. You will teach water safety and swimming skills to children and adults, deliver excellent customer service on the pool deck, and help families have a safe, fun experience.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, evenings and weekends, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with a potential $2.70 per hour performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids and making a difference.
• Reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
• Experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool.
• Must complete our paid swim instructor training.

The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
